IQS personnel have the capability to perform dimensional control of line pipes in various conditions such as in-line production, stowed, and stored at site. They can handle both raw and coated line pipes and also conduct dimensional control of raw and finished materials or components like casting, forging of valve bodies, flanges, tanks, etc. Additionally, IQS personnel are qualified to perform various types of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) on welds, forged, and castings of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. With their long-lasting experience and access to precision instrumentation, they offer highly professional services. Their operational capability covers not only the entire national territory but also most worldwide production areas.

  • 3D measuring instrument, PLATINUM FAROARM: This versatile and high-precision tool allows for measurements in a variety of situations.
  • DELTASCOPE FISCHER MP30: This tool is used to detect overlay welding material thicknesses, allowing measurements of overlay welding thicknesses up to eight millimeters when the overlay has a magnetic base.
  • Portable Hardness Tester Impact test, such as the RUPAC TH 170: This instrument is used to measure the hardness of materials.
  • Roughness tester, like the HOMMEL WERKE T500: This device measures the surface roughness of a material or component.
  • Micrometre rod, such as the Mitutoyo 100 - 2100 mm: This tool is used for precise measurements of length or diameter.

  • UT Equipment, like the Olympus EPOCH 600: This equipment is used for Ultrasonic Testing, which is a non-destructive testing method to detect internal flaws in materials.
  • MT-MPI equipment, such as SAYK 390: This equipment is used for Magnetic Particle Inspection, a non-destructive testing method to detect surface and near-surface defects.
  • Digital Thickness Gauge for ferrous and non-ferrous materials, such as ARW 8812: This gauge is used to measure the thickness of materials accurately.
